Advertising in the Conference Program

Advertise your company, products, services, coupons, or a special promotion in the conference program.

The preferred format is PDF or high-resolution JPG.
The deadline to submit these items for inclusion in the conference program is September 15^th.

Sponsorships

Position your company or brand in front of all attendees AND all APTA Idaho members!
You will receive the specific benefit for the sponsorship type, along with exposure in our Monthly Newsletter and on the website.

Exhibitor Space $250

Up to two representatives will be in the booth, and the company will be listed in the conference digital program.
(The name of the company will be advertised in the conference program without logos.)

Full Conference Sponsor $500

E Blast sent to all members, an advertisement in any issue of our monthly e-newsletter, an advertisement on the APTA ID website linking to your website for 120 days, one item available at registration for attendees, an ad in the Seminar program, and recognition during the seminar program.

Lunch Sponsor $400

Recognition is included in the seminar program, and a sign is placed during lunch.

Refreshment Sponsor $200

Recognition is provided in the seminar program, and a sign is placed during breaks.

Shared Sponsorship Registration Bag $250

Each registrant will receive a registration bag upon arrival. Up to four company names or logos can be placed on the conference registration bag.

Lanyard Sponsor $150 (only one offered)

Provide the seminar lanyards given to all seminar participants.
APTA ID must approve the lanyard clip to confirm that it will work with the badge holders.
